PLACING AN ORDER
1. Do you have any physical stores?
Yes, Odyssée timepieces are available in authorized retail stores across Hong Kong, Japan and South Korea. If you are interested in taking a look at our timepieces in person, please feel free to contact our team (hello@odysseeshop.com) for an up to date list of where you can find us.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit/debit cards on our webshop through a secure checkout. We also accept PayPal, which has several payment options, including eCheck and Discover credit card.
Additionally, we now accept payment options using Cryptocurrencies, via Coinbase Commerce. This includes Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Dai, USDC, Litecoin and Dogecoin.
3. What currency are your prices in?
Our Prices are available in USD, GBP, HKD, EUR, JPY, KRW, AUD and NZD. Please use the Country/Region Selector at the footer of our website to select the currency of choice.
4. Can I split the payment across multiple credit cards?
Unfortunately it's not possible to split payment across multiple payment methods at this time.
5. Do you offer payment by installment?
We currently do not offer payment by installment at this time.
PRODUCTS
1. What kind of leather do you use?
At Odyssée, we only use the best organic Vegetable-tanned leather available for all our products. All our leather is tanned and produced in Italy and complies with strict environmental standards and sustainable practices.
2. Where are your products assembled? Do you have ethical labour practices?
Our leather goods and watches are assembled at excellent factories in Italy and China. We care a lot about sustainability and doing things the right way. We screen all of our suppliers to ensure that their values are consistent with ours. We look for clean and safe working environments and observe how employees are treated. We have personally visited and tested over dozens of factories across the globe, choosing partners that have a long-term approach with their employees. This not only results in better working environments for the employees, but also a staff of organized and highly trained teams who can consistently make high-quality products with care!
3. What is the size and weight of the Valiant watch?
Our team is all about making the luxury accessible. That's why the Valiant is a Unisex watch and has a 41mm diameter. All together with our additional strap and collectors box, the watch comes to approximately 500 grams. The Watch itself is made to have all the heft and weight of a luxury watch so that even in your hands, you can feel how tough the Valiant is!
4. Can I change between them? How wide are your straps?
Yes, you can! Each of our straps comes with a Spring Bar System behind it for a quick and effortless switch to pair your watch for any kind of look, even on the go! Both our Metal mesh bracelets and Vegetable-tanned leather bands are around 20mm in width.
