Great news for you! We ship worldwide!
After your payment is verified, we will always try to process your order within 24 hours. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. We will send you a tracking number by email after your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Deliveries usually take 5-14 business days, although it can be faster. You can upgrade to express shipping to receive it in 2-5 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
If you're not happy for any reason, you may return or exchange eligible Odyssée products within 30 days of receiving the order, as long as the products are unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. All returned or exchanged items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense. We are not able to offer returns or exchanges on products marked "final sale".
Shipping fees and any related Customs & Duties charges are non-refundable.
What's the return process?
Email us and we'll send you a return label to use for the return shipment. A flat rate will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping, handling and restocking.
